  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for garnish)
  • Chopped pickles (optional, for garnish)
  • Crumbled bacon (optional, for garnish)

How To Make Cheeseburger Soup:

  1. Brown the meat: In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground chuck with the diced onion, celery, and garlic. Once browned, remove from heat and drain the fat.
